AdvanceBot provides salary advance workflows, staff administration, notifications, support operations, and related hosted services for client organisations.

Information we collect

We may collect names, surnames, company-defined staff identifiers, phone numbers, email addresses, user roles, company affiliation, salary advance workflow data, notification tokens, support interactions, and security logs required to operate the platform.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, administer company access, process salary advance applications, send notifications, support approved WhatsApp workflows, maintain audit records, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the relevant employer or client organisation, authorised administrators, infrastructure providers, messaging providers, and service providers needed to operate the platform, or where required by law.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, audit, contractual service delivery, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory obligations.
