AdvanceBot Terms of Use

Use of the platform

AdvanceBot provides software and hosted services for salary advance workflows, staff administration, notifications, and support operations. The platform may be used only for lawful business and workplace purposes by authorised users.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and using the platform only through approved accounts and devices. Access may be suspended where there is suspected fraud, abuse, or a security risk.

Notifications and messaging

Service-related notifications may be sent through supported channels such as in-app alerts, push notifications, WhatsApp, or email where configured.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed at all times.
